I Lift My Eyes

It was a clear night. I could see the stars. They were magnificent to look at. They were bright even as they shined through the big tree in my backyard. The truth is that God is God and we are not. He is the one who has made us. He is the one who calls the shots. He knows what He wants to do with us. He is the one who is in charge.
